Create with Grace continues with the Coaster Creation Class! For 2 hours, artist Grace Noel will help each student create their own personalized coasters set using epoxy resin, glitter, alcohol inks , and more. Join artist Grace Noel in her studio in Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe at the Denver Art Society.
Kids ages 14-17 can also join the class but it’s not recommended for anyone younger than 14 years old.
What to expect:
- Use a silicone mold to create a coaster set that you can use in daily life
- Learn how to use Epoxy resin
- Add color, sparkle, and something special
- Work with Artist Grace Noel in her studio for two hours
- All materials are provided for the class, but you are welcome to bring something to experiment with. Depending on what you bring, it may or may not work for the project
Your coaster set will take three days to dry and cure after we create it. You will need to come back to pick up your creation Grace's studio, or she can ship to you for an additional cost
Beginner friendly? YES! All skill levels are welcome, we will find a design for everyone.
Family friendly? YES! Recommended for children 14 years and older.
Students can bring their own crafting supplies too! Suggestions are small memorabilia, bottle caps, tumbled glass, stones, or other crafting materials to use. Please make sure all plant matter is thoroughly dried and know that that not all crafting supplies may work or be ready for use in the class!
