Opening January 2nd, the Futures: 528.0 Print Exhibition gathers voices from across 528.0 miles around Denver to reflect on the evolving language of printmaking, showcasing the vibrant range of traditional and experimental techniques shaping contemporary printmaking today. This juried exhibition invited artists to delve into the multifaceted concept of the future. The prints submitted for Futures reflect diverse views on what lies ahead, ranging from hopeful visions to cautionary tales, and celebrate the expansive array of contemporary printmaking techniques found within this western region.
The exhibition was juried by Cecily Cullen, Rick Griffith, and Chinn Wang. It is presented in partnership with Denver’s Month of Printmaking. Admission to the exhibition is free and open to everyone.
