Tides & Topography: mapping the rhythms of water & earth.
Exploring terrain, movement, and perception, Austin Rolo maps shifting relationships between landscape, structure, and memory through a quiet architectural language, evoking both the order of built environments and the subtle poetics of place. In dialogue, Shannon’s organic compositions express the pulse, flow, and fluidity of water—tracing the states and stages of dynamic energy that surround and fill us, an analogy for emotion, and echoing the tides and cycles of the moon. Together, their works inhabit the space between ground and atmosphere, where stillness meets motion, earth meets air, and water responds to lunar rhythms
