Yomassage™ is the ultimate relaxation experience - a fusion of relaxing and supportive yoga positions enhanced through touch and mindfulness.

You'll be guided through a series of gentle, supported stretches. As you hold each pose, a licensed massage therapist massages various muscles groups, allowing for a head to toe massage in a single class. As you’re in the restorative poses, you’ll be completely supported with blankets and bolsters, giving you that warm, cozy feeling from start to finish. All of this in a luxurious, community setting.
