Artist Statement: The work completed for this show, Perspectives Through the Paint Brush, is abstract in nature and depicts visual images that she loves and speak to her heart in some fashion. Her inspiration came from the viewpoint of looking at a photograph or visual image and thus showing her original interpretive perspective of how she sees the world and things in it. The idea for the show theme stems from the stance that every single person sees things differently from their own perspective. An abstract painting can be seen in many different ways.
