  • Alliance Française de Denver 571 Galapago Street Denver, CO, 80204 United States (map)

The Alliance Française is thrilled to host Annick Pratbernon in our gallery as our featured artist this September and October.

Annick grew up in Lorraine and Normandy France where she studied at the “Ecole des Beaux Arts” in Rouen and received a CAFAS degree. Before moving to the US, Annick taught high school art in Le Harve. Once settled in St. Paul, MN she continued to teach art, as well as French, at private schools in Minneapolis and Eden Prairie.

For more than 30 years, Annick was an active member of the Minnesota Art Center, enjoying their painting and drawing groups as well as exhibiting her own work. Painting mostly landscapes, Annick enjoys working in oils and takes inspiration from her travels across Europe and the US. Following her children and grandchildren, Annick moved to Denver in 2016 and continues to paint without adhering to a fancy philosophy, she simply paints as she feels.
