You're invited to join the Vibe Art District at our exclusive unveiling as part of Denver's Art District on Santa Fe, First Friday Art Walks!

Enjoy appetizers, beer and wine as three local artists create murals on the property. Come watch the progress as the mural is painted live outside and learn about the renovations on the 134,643 sq. ft. building!

Featured Artists: Jason Garcia, Anna Charney Art, and The Artwork of Stephen Kruse

We'll also have a VR experience set up that showcases the completed lobby and one of our available office suites. Improvements that have already taken place, or are in progress include:

• Lobby art gallery that will exhibit work of local artists
• Updates to the second and third level corridors with heavy integration art, including POP Art
• LED lighting in common areas
• Refreshed landscaping
• Ample bike storage
• Updated restrooms
