Carol Mier has accomplished the Colorado Designer of the Year Award. She has also designed for celebrities, entertainers & political figures. Select boutiques & individuals both local, national & internationally carry her line.
The Denver Art Museum Gift Shop has carried her line in the past and have plans in the works to carry the CMF line once again.
Her Wearable-art fashion,s was featured in the grand opening of the Denver MOCA exhibit in 1999.
The Buell Theater lobby at DCPA in Denver showcased her unique textile wall art in 2010.
CMF has been fortunate to have designed for director, producer, and musician, Lon Van Eatenof who produced and recorded with George Harrison of the Beatles with Apple Records back in the days.
Cynthia James, minister of Mile Hi Church, accomplished & award winning actress & performer owns her custom designs.
Dotty Lam, former Colorado first lady & founder of Women's Vision Foundation, also owns some pieces.
Erica Brown, blues entertainer & runner up at national Memphis Blues Festival struts her fashions.
Carol Mier has designed fashions for Roberto Fernandez, a former actor, stylist and presently shows his abstract paintings at the Amsterdam Whitney Museum in NY.
CMF is best known for our unusual, but very tasteful combinations of fabric, texture & color. These fabrics come from all over the world. Parts of CMF fashion,s are constructed from redesigned fashions & discarded fabric samples.
CMF also donates a portion of her sales to numerous non-profits. Everything is designed and made here in the U.S.A.
