Live from the Hamilton Theatre at the Newman Center, The Tale of The Bullet is written by donnie l. betts with musical guest Prince Po formerly of the legendary hip hop duo Organized Konfusion. The duo was one of the most respected and acclaimed underground hip hop acts of the 1990s due to the groundbreaking lyrics of Prince Po and Pharoahe Monch.
The Tale of The Bullet tells the story of Americas obsession with guns from the bullets perspective. According to the bullet, we do all the work and the gun gets all the love. Leading the after-show discussion will be Brother Jeff. Guest include Rep Tom Sullivan whose son Alex was killed in the Aurora, Co Theatre shooting.
